Start a Project.
Tell us what you're building. We'll crew it, build it, run it, and stay on the standard the whole way. It starts with a consultation, which is just a real conversation about what you're trying to pull off.
Before You Ask
Frequently Asked.
What happens after I send the brief?
We read it and come back to set up a consultation, a real conversation about what you're trying to pull off, who it's for, and when it has to happen. From there we scope it: services, schedule, budget, and the crew that owns it.
What services do you provide?
Four: Experiential Design & Production, Venue & Site Operations, Tour & Talent Management, and Technology & Systems Engineering. Engage one, or all four as one accountable partner.
What kinds of projects do you take on?
Festivals, concerts and tours, brand activations, immersive experiences, cruise ships, amusement parks, sporting events, and TV, film & broadcast, from single-night shows to multi-weekend builds.
Where do you operate?
Nationwide, from eight locations. The headquarters is Miami, with regional offices in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York City; satellite offices are Nashville, Denver, Las Vegas, and Phoenix. Someone local in the room, the same standard everywhere.
How do engagements run?
Every engagement runs the same nine-phase XPMS 2.6 lifecycle: Discover through Close. Every phase has deliverables and a name next to them, so you always know who owns what.
